How to travel to Sibuyan?
By Air
- Fly to Tablas Island: Book a flight from Manila to Tablas (Tugdan Airport) via Airswift. The flight takes about an hour. From Tugdan Airport, take a jeepney to the town of San Agustin, where you can catch a ferry to Sibuyan Island1.
- Fly to Roxas or Caticlan: Another option is to fly to Roxas or Caticlan airports. From there, take a ferry to Odiongan, and then another ferry to Sibuyan Island.
By Bus (to the harbour)
- Bus from Manila to Batangas: You can take a bus from Manila to Batangas City. ALPS and JAM Liner offer frequent trips from various terminals in Manila, such as Cubao and Buendia. The travel time is approximately 3-4 hours, and the fare ranges from PHP 207 to PHP 27512.
- Bus from Manila to Lucena: Buses to Lucena City are available from terminals like Cubao and Buendia. Operators like JAM Liner and Lucena Lines provide regular trips. The travel time is around 3-4 hours, and the fare is approximately PHP 259 to PHP 26934.
By Sea
- Ferry from Batangas Port: Take a ferry from Batangas Port to Romblon Island, and then another ferry from Romblon to Sibuyan Island.
- Ferry from Tablas Island: If you’re already on Tablas Island, you can take a ferry directly to Sibuyan Island1.
- Starhorse Ferry from Lucena: Starhorse Shipping offers a daily ferry from Lucena to Sibuyan Island. The ferry departs from Lucena at 4:00 PM and arrives at Ambulong Port in Sibuyan the next morning.
How to Get Around Sibuyan
Motorbike

Tricycle
rental
At our resort, we offer a tricycle rental service through an external partner. The rental rate starts at 600 PHP, and the tricycle can accommodate around 4 to 5 people, depending on the size of the passengers. It's a fun and authentic Filipino experience, perfect for exploring the island!
